Huntair Arabia is
a joint venture between Alessa Advanced Projects Company (AAPC) and
HUNTAIR,
Inc. where established in 2010.
Alessa Advanced
Projects Company is a subsidiary of Alessa Industries Group. Founded
in 1935 and headquartered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The
group is the mother company of Alessa Refrigeration and Air
conditioning Company (ARAC) which manufactures and produces Air
conditioners and refrigerators in its factory in Riyadh, Hamad
Abdullah Alessa and Sons (HAASCO) the commercial arm of the group for
home appliances with its own brands HAAS, Crafft, and distributor of
leading international brands like Hitachi, Gibson, Leonard.. in Saudi
Arabia, Middle East and Africa. The third company is Alessa Advanced
Projects Company (AAPC) specialized in domestic, commercial and
industrial cooling systems, in addition to air handling units and
recently in datacenters and computer rooms cooling.
HUNTAIR, Inc. is a
subsidiary of the CES Group, Inc. ("CES Group"), a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Nortek, Inc. The CES Group of affiliated companies
provide custom-engineered air conditioning solutions sold under such
leading brands as Governair®, Mammoth®, Temtrol®,
Venmar CES™, Ventrol®, WEBCO™ and
Eaton-Williams®. HUNTAIR is headquartered in Tualatin,
Oregon USA a suburb of Portland. HUNTAIR's corporate headquarters in
